The identification and condemnation from the Action Group Against Arbitrary Detention of the United Nations (UNWGAD) on the Hanoi authorities arrested and detained four Democratic activities including: lawyer Le Cong Dinh, he Tran Huynh Duy Thuc, General Director of OCI and EIS telecommunications company in Vietnam, Master of Information Technology Nguyen Tien Trung and Le Thang Long, engineers and also the Chairman of Board of Global EIS, is arbitrary arrests and actions have violated international law of human rights is a good sign and a good start more smoothly. However, the Vietnamese people expect action is strong enough sanctions strong enough force and in particular from the UN agencies to be able to pressure the Vietnamese communist authorities to comply with the commitments their international human rights, and then quickly release all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience who have been detained arbitrarily and illegally.

Since before and after the 14th Congress of the Party Central Committee held in Hanoi in 2010, and the Vietnamese Communist Party Congress XI, also known officially as the National Congress of the eleventh Communist Party of Vietnam, the opening and place in period from November 12th, 2011, the communist government of Vietnam has tightened the control, monitoring and increasing repression campaign Human Rights Activists, Democratic activists and religious activities throughout the country. Immediately before and after the threshold of the Conference, the Communist Party and the State government Vietnam was broadcast signals stiff and tough through a series of arrests and unlawful detention as mentioned above. Even knowing that the said wrongful act will be met with widespread opposition and strong public opinion in the country and the International Community, but huge challenges from the desire of the Democratic Freedom of people which follow them it could be a danger directly threatening their power and the survival of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Therefore, the leaders of the Vietnamese Communist Party and the government ignored at all and continue to increase the campaign of suppression of dissent and ideological differences with the government, more and more gay more severe and more serious.

For the determination of the government's wrongdoing Hanoi from United Nations agencies said above it's right a great news not only for the Democratic Activist, Human Rights and Religions but also a signal good news for all patriotic citizens, love Freedom and Democracy in Vietnam. However, we will not subjective and is not happy too early, because the people we always knew that the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese Communist government which exists in a long time is because their dictatorship opinion and authoritarian rule and its brutal. Recent signs that they still proved to be stubborn and not easily yield to, take away from the power available and the benefits to their inherent large that no act of self-defense response. The continued loyalty blindly and confusing to the Chinese Communist government who is hostile country, still aggressive, threatening and as well as illegally occupying the islands of legal sovereignty of Vietnam is a very specific proof. To incorporate and support the efforts of the International Community, we need to act more strongly by the most practical action as continue their protest marches and  crowded than in the past, and strong powerful than before, as well as the need to foresee what will happen to plan to deal properly and promptly, with hot events that can happen in the coming future.
