The public opinion in the country and International specially attention on the case above when the composition of both of them was written up to strip the injustice in social of Vietnam today and encourage patriotism of the people against those who aggressor Chinese aggression and illegal occupation of the Paracel and Spratly islands of Vietnam. However, the Vietnamese communist authorities then arrested and sentenced to two patriotic musicians above on charges of alleged (accused of propaganda against the State) under article 88 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, one of the terms were explained vaguely that has been criticized and condemned by International.

This shows that the International Community is increasingly more attention, deeper, and more powerful than before the increased repression serious people from the communist government of Vietnam.

As recommended by the United States Embassy and the latest press release on 01 Nov, 2012 just across from the U.S. State Department, the Government of Vietnam as a member of the United Nations, should have responsibility and obligation to comply with the provisions of International Human Rights, and at the same time quickly freed immediately not only for the two patriotic musicians who just were convicted mentioned above, but also to release all all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience who was Vietnam's communist authorities imprisoned the wrong way for years. We hope that before the practical and strong pressure from the International Community, the leaders of the Vietnamese Communist Party and the government will have to change its full of unruly behavior and truly respect the legal fundamental rights of people. Home is having home's rules. Nation is having Nation's rules. The communist government of Vietnam can not continue to ignore international public opinion and forever hand covering the whole sky.
