Information Organization Reporters without Borders (RSF) based in the French proposal blogger Paul Le Son to list candidates for the Citizens Network World award this year is an extremely encouraging not only for Bloggers with local ingredients, but also for all the people of Vietnam, those who loved Liberty and Democratic Peace. Please also recall something about Blogger Paul Son, a young Catholic youth of the Diocese of Vinh. Blogger Paul Le Son has been writing against the unlawful case against Dr. Lawyer Cu Huy Ha Vu and protest China invaded Paracel and Spratly islands of Vietnam. He was a gentle person who has made numerous contributions to serve society and develop the Catholic Church in Vietnam. He is one of 14 young Catholics were arrested by Vietnam's communist secret kidnapping illegally in August, 2011 does not comply with any provision of law.

Reporters Without Borders RSF-based French has nominated blogger  Paul Le Son is being held by the government of Vietnam is one of six candidates for the solution of this year's World netizens.

Ms. Lucie Morillon, director in charge of the new media of RSF organization, told VOA in Vietnamese:

"Obviously, with this nomination, we want to touch the interest of public opinion in the case of Vietnam, because Vietnam is clearly increasing pressure on the blogging world. Many netizens and blogger arrested for reflecting the truth. Blogger Le Son was nominated because of his post to serve the common interests of the masses that his voice should not be stifled as the current situation . Blogger Le Son arrested in new crackdown aimed series about blogging in Vietnam in general and Catholics in particular. "

Blogger Le Son, 26, is the author of the article reflects the political and social, especially topics related to religion and human rights in Vietnam, including the series on the anti-Chinese protesters invaded the South China Sea sovereignty. He was arrested in Hanoi on 3/8 last year after writing the report on the appeal of Doctor of Laws Cu Huy Ha Vu and is currently detained in the B14 camp in Hanoi on charges of plotting to overthrow the government. According to RSF, Paulus Le Van Son is one of 22 citizens are currently incarcerated for their online articles to express their views on the internet.

With the help of Google, RSF will present an annual award honoring the world's netizens has championed freedom of expression through the Internet on 12/3 this year in Paris.
