Human Rights in Vietnam, a problem has always been foreign and domestic public opinion deeply interested in human rights and also the needs and essential for human life in general and to the people in Vietnam in particular. On a human rights situation becomes worse when the communist government intensified harassment and make the crackdown on peaceful dissent in the country, including the arrest and imprison the dissidents , Journalists, Writers, Bloggers and the young activists young Catholic Diocese of Vinh. Besides, the government also tried to conceal all information which adversely criticized the regime and the serious violations of human rights in Vietnam by limiting the domestic media and control all internet services harshly.

The move of the government was met with waves of fierce opposition from the International Human Rights Organization, the National Liberal including the United States and other countries of the European community. In the most recent commit, on behalf of the United States Secretary of State Mrs. Hillary Clinton has made strong statements in contact with Hanoi's leaders, she said the U.S. government always pursued the principles support and commitment to human rights. All the relationships and correlations between activities of the United States - Vietnam in all fields, Foreign Affairs, Defence (arms sales to Vietnam), increased humanitarian aid, help political stability, sustainable economic development ...... Washington are associated with human rights conditions in Vietnam.

Through the campaign the Vietnamese American community currently living and working in the United States jointly signed the petition was published human rights directly on the website of the White House asked the Obama administration put pressure Hanoi government to stop persecuting the dissidents in the country and to free all prisoners of conscience, political prisoners are currently on Vietnam's communist government imprisoned the wrong way just for daring to express freedom of peaceful expression. The campaign succeeded beyond everyone's expectations, because only less than a month that get more than one hundred thousand signatures supporting the overseas Vietnamese community in which a number of participation from young people, the lucky people who grow up in a Democratic society or lucky family fled the communist regime after the South liberal fell into the hands of government in Hanoi.

The image, which the voice of the Vietnamese exile showed great ambition and unite the people cried when human rights, freedom and Democracy for the people living in Vietnam country who doomed to suffer pain under the brutal dictatorship of the communist government. This is very pleased that encouraging events that has not stopped, spiritual and Democratic longing urged the heart of fellow Vietnam and now, not only in the United States that the Vietnamese community in over the world has also campaigned to speak local campaign for greater attention to the Democracy and Human Rights in Vietnam as the Vietnamese community in Australia, in Canada ....... We,the people who are direct victims of the communist regime in Vietnam will think? say anything and do anything to further internal resources for the people of our friends overseas? Courage to overcome the fear of themselves stand up to denounce all acts of immoral leadership of the communist party and government of Vietnam. Make all the pain of loss into strength. We insist the Hanoi government to stop all persecution of people nationwide in all areas and to strictly implement all international commitments on human rights including the right to life and the pursuit of own happiness myself.
