Vietnam Human Rights Award by the Vietnam Human Rights Network established in 2002 to reward achievement-violent struggle for the ideals of human rights in Vietnam. Ms. Do Thi Minh Hanh, born in 1985, took part in fighting since the age of 18. As in Lam Dong, she helped draft the petitioners claim the land claim and the authorities were treated unfairly.
