ORGANIZATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS CALL FOR VIETNAM TO PAY FOR FREEDOM OF DEMOCRATS

Dozens of International Human Rights organization in the world with famous voice asked Hanoi authorities to implement the commitments they have signed on Civil and Political Rights which include ensuring freedom of speech and expression of the people. The arrest and detention of dissidents character has seriously violated the freedom of speech which had been provided for in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which Vietnam has signed and committed to respect. This right is also the state constitution, Socialist Republic of Vietnam permits, as provided for in Article 69 of the constitution amended and promulgated since 1992 to date. However, Vietnam's communist government has ignored these commitments and always cite the vague and absurd laws to stifle all voices of the people.



More and more pressure from the International Human Rights organizations forced the Hanoi government to adhere to the fundamental rights of all people. The U.S. government also recently expressed their dissatisfaction before the increased repression of religious activities, the Democrats, dissent through dialogue in the field of Human Rights between the United States Secretary of State Ms. Hillary Clinton with the same responsibilities Mr. Pham Binh Minh new Foreign Minister of Vietnam on the sidelines of meetings of the United Nations in New York recently. The message was broadcast from Washington that the government: the United States will develop relations between the two countries and promote economic development associated with its human rights record in Vietnam. America's interests will be placed on top along with the benefit of the people of Vietnam, not related to the rights and interests of a few individuals or a collective group as party leader and dictator Hanoi authorities have often thought.

10 human rights organizations called on 

Vietnam to free Pham Minh Hoang

In the petition dated 4 / 10 to Prime Minister of Vietnam, a dozen organizations defending human rights reputation in the world called the Hanoi government to respect freedom of expression of citizens and destruction 3 year jail sentence for Pham Minh Hoang teacher on charges of "activities aimed at overthrowing the people's government '. 



The letter clearly stating the post on the internet as well as the activities of Mr. Huang's Constitution recognizes Vietnam as well as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Declaration on the Protection of Human Persons rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which Vietnam has signed. 



Of the 10 human rights organizations to protect the signatories of the petition requires Vietnam to free activist Pham Minh Hoang Reporters Without Borders, Committee to Protect Journalists, and the PEN organization International. 



Mr. Benjamin Ismail, Director for Asia-Pacific region in the Reporters Without Borders, based in France, told VOA the Vietnamese language:



"We call on the Prime Minister of Vietnam to act virtually release of Mr. Pham Minh Hoang for this blogger not guilty at all, he just wrote a blog to express personal views and campaigned against the project Highland bauxite. In recent years, a growing number of reported cases of bloggers, the dissent on the net, and freelance journalist with the Vietnam government persecution. This shows the trend of Hanoi increasingly heavy-handed suppression of freedom of speech, freedom of the press in the country. Mr. Huang's case is not a single case. So to say that we expect government to respond to Vietnam's Hoang case, it also means that we expect an answer in Hanoi on all other cases, the service unlawful arrest and brutal character of dissidents in Vietnam, not only of Mr. Huang's case only. " 



Citizens dual citizenship French-Vietnamese Pham Minh Hoang is a well known blogger. The article reflects his social status, especially education of Vietnam, Central Highlands bauxite project, and the issue of sovereignty before the expansion of China. 



At the first instance today 10 / 8 the past, City People's Court ruled his articles 'smear the image of' 'to overthrow the people's government' as the author claims that he made just exercising free speech of citizens.
