Not only people of Vietnam but even the International is also concerned more on the health status and the fate of his current Nguyen Van Hai Blogger "Dieu Cay" who had been Vietnam's communist government arrested and detained held illegally for a year after he completes three year sentence on tax evasion charges that have not been released. The real worry for him increased when information from a police officer that he had lost arms and still not know whether or not he was still alive and being held in place?

Although the International Human Rights organizations and many countries around the world have requested to speak to the government of Vietnam to free Mr. Hai immediately but did not get any cooperation from the Vietnam government . Even the former wife of Hai Tan Duong Thi  is also repeatedly voiced complaints and ask the government to clarify this case but still no results and now the live of Hai is still a question no answer. An obvious and so absurd because, by law, even a mortal sin, the death of their relatives still have a right to know about crime and personal custody but Mr. Hai who had been a year now temporarily detained without reason, not to be tried and detained even where, living or dead is no one knowing. Where is justice?

Vietnam's communist government always claims that human rights are absolutely respected in Vietnam as a recent speech by Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh said at the hearing on human rights issues before the UN General Assembly in New York. But the fact that his statement is unfounded and what the communist state of Vietnam has been implementing both contradictory and totally against them. Abuse and discrimination for political prisoners and inhumane policies of the Hanoi government imposed on the Democrats, the character dissidents and activists close Religion This has raised serious concerns voiced to the U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton asked Vietnam to respect human rights. Especially in dealing with Religious leaders and the Catholic Church after a prisoner of conscience dissident, Father Nguyen Van Ly 64-year-old arested and returned to prison in health status not recover well and not as a result suffer from brain tumor for many years.
