- Considering the fact that, contrary to his word the President says, the right to religious freedom has been violated. Nghe An police had kidnapped two parishioners of the parish My Yen, Vinh Diocese on 06.27.2013, the purpose is to stop the flow of pilgrims to the Holy- land Trai Gao. Many dignitaries Cao Dai, Protestant and Hoa Hao Buddhists in Saigon and South of Vietnam was  government   preventing religious practices, activities, meet. The goal is to destroy the religious unity of justice and human rights. The church owned by the state is set to harm freedom of religion, divisive and misleading doctrine of religious communication. The Long Binh shrine on 03/07/2013 is a typical proof. Many dignitaries and religious believers still continue to suffer long imprisonment as Pastor Nguyen Cong Chinh, Pastor Duong Kim Khai, Father Nguyen Van Ly, Ms. Mai Thi Dung, Tran Thi Thuy ...

For the religious, this decree will prevent spreading the teachings of the Church in its educational goals and human conscience to guide public opinion to the true, the good and the beautiful.

- Considering the fact that, contrary to his word the President says, the human rights and civil rights have been severely violated. The evidence, many prisoners of conscience such as Cu Huy Ha Vu, Nguyen Van Hai, Ho Van Oanh, Tran Minh Nhat, Tran Huu Duc and Chu Manh Son ... is or has been on a hunger strike to protest the illegal behavior and non-human nature of the prison guards, the behavior stripped to the minimum human rights and their basic aim to force them for confessions. In addition, the patriotic citizens, against the invasion of the Chinese maritime were arrested and put in the trial without objective evidence (such as Nguyen Phuong Uyen Nguyen Dinh Kha, Viet Khang and Tran Vu Anh Binh). Those who has ever fought to protect their land assets has been trial and imprisoned unjustly (as family Doan Van Vuon in appellate cases on 07.30.2013), or still not be resolved the  claims that was brutally assaulted (as many petitioners from the western provinces and southeastern who prayer before the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon on 07.31.2013 was severely beaten) ...
