On 31-07-2013, Communist Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung announced Decree 72/2013/ND-CP to "manage, provision and use of internet services and online information." Decree quite long, includes 6 chapters and 46 articles that will take effect from the next 01-09 days.

Back to the weird Decree of Nguyen Tan Dung, we see it:
