Nguyen Phuong Uyen protect herself: "I do not need to reduce the sentence. I just need the handling right people right criminal from court. I think that against the Communist Party is not against country, national. You do not equate them! "

THE TRUTH - JUSTICE - LOVE

"I do not need to reduce project ... I just need the handling right people right criminal from court ... speech full of righteous defiance of young female student Nguyen Phuong Uyen University Student Technology Food City. Ho Chi Minh in appeal court today 16-08-2013 has really made many surprises ... and rejoiced people attended the hearing today in particular and for the people in and out of Vietnam country in general. What makes a young female students in their 20s only to show courage, bravery and patriotism to such a height ...? Yeah, every word of her Phuong Uyen as whip flew straight at the face of magistrate ... flew straight into the Vietnam Ministry of Justice ... and finally flew straight into the face of the regime ruling communist Vietnam today.

Unexpected result of the people in the trial today for two young patriotic students reflected  defects, full of injustice and wrong in judgment of the judicial branch of Vietnam ... as well as behavior, arrests, arbitrary detention illegally of police service in Vietnam in recent years. We fully agree with the views and steadfast stance of student Uyen Phuong. Yeah so, anti-party and anti-nation, anti Ethnicity are two completely different job ... and that all thoughts and actions stem from true patriotism of anyone who are not guilty. Vietnam Communist Party only represents a group of people ... for a party ... and not represent an ethnic or a country, therefore, equate the fight against Party as against the State according to the current view from the Vietnam's communist government is totally unacceptable.

However, despite that court hearings results today beyond the expectations of people ... but we also do not happy too early but need to be careful. The Struggle for Human Rights, for Freedom Democracy are now in Vietnam is still in the early stages ... and there're many thorns need to be overcome. All of us have ever had the a bitter lessons of human rights in the past ... when Vietnam stood before integration opportunities such as joining the International and Global Trade (WTO) in 2006 ... back a non-permanent member of the Security Council of the United Nations in 2007 .... before that, this communist government also has ever pledged... has ever promised to make well and improve the human rights situation worse their harm ... but it is all a lie ... is the deceptive tricks to take advantage of all the support from the International Community ... and then after the integration time, the human rights situation in Vietnam is not only not improve but also becoming worse ... with the suppression achievement of human rights which be concerned in recent years.

Currently, the communist government of Vietnam is needed the support of the International Community in the integration Economic Partnership Agreement on the Trans-Pacific Strategic (TTP for short call) in this year ... and to stand for election to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations (UNHRC) for the  fiscal year 2014-2016... so all actions which bring positive signals from the government of communist Vietnam still unreliable. .. only temporary positive sign ... or, more accurately, can also only be a mode, just as their deceptive tactics to mislead public opinion, as it has done in the past. The only way that this communist state can prove its true goodwill related to human rights ... and take advantage of people's trust in the country and the International Community ...That it is to create good steps as the State government Democratic Burma have been doing now ... is adhered to the fundamental rights of the people ... At the time of release all political prisoners in the country ... as well as conduct a free general election under the supervision of the people and the International Community.
