International continuing concern about human rights violations in Vietnam

The International tracking is continued interest and practical action to interfere with the communist government of Vietnam on penalties and unjust prison sentence wrong with 3 young trade union activist Vietnam, including Mr. Doan Huy Chuong, Ms. Nguyen Hoang Quoc Hung and Ms. Do Thi Minh Hanh that reflected the true state of the communist regime in the past several years in the field of human rights violations increasingly worse in Vietnam. Under the International Convention and the law, as well as the current Constitution of Vietnam on Civil and Political Rights, the people who involved association, participation in union activities including helping the workers to reclaim their legitimate interests in any way .... is the proper legal and in accordance with the provisions of the law and the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as well as for with the provisions of international human rights.

But the communist government of Vietnam over the past several years have adopted a variety of ways and full of sinister tricks to bend the law, trample the truth and justice in order to deceive public opinion in the country and abroad , conducted the active suppression of freedom of people's basic legal rights include: the right to religious freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and association ....
Vietnamese communist government authorities always cited national security reasons to arbitrary abuse and interpreted ambiguous provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code as in Articles 88 (propaganda against mode), 258 (Abusing freedom of action Democratic violated the benefit of State ) or more serious is that Article 79 (Conspiracy to overthrow the government) in order to punish those who do not have the same views or have different views to the government that they could adversely affect or prejudice the power and interests of the Party and the current regime (including Communist Party members and Party officials government at all levels).

Today, the trend of the current Global Democratization, dictatorial leadership group and the Communist Party of Vietnam is becoming more worried especially during the corruption rampant and the economy serious economic weakness and deterioration of the country today, has actually threatened to power, leadership and their authoritarian dictatorship of the Party member of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, which still claims integrity and legitimacy of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the transparency and the good side of the so-called socialist under the communist ideology. Today, the Government of truth and the dismal results due to rampant corruption in the state apparatus of government led to the country's economic downturn, recession and weak as a cold water flush down on the powerful leader of the communist state that the convening of a General Meeting of the Party Central Committee with the form "Review and Self-criticism" within the party and the Standing Committee of the Political nature deal recently voiced its situation clearly.

The result came after the closing of the 6th Congress of the Party Central Committee was not beyond the predictions of the people in country and the International Community. The Special meeting unusually take place during the 15 days in Hanoi were closing on October 15, 2012 with his irresponsible speech General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong as follows: "the Party Central Committee will not Politburo discipline, as well as a comrade in the Politburo!!! (referring to himself Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung) ". In general, the Central Party Conference is an opportunity to the leaders of the Party and the Party Central Committee Politburo look back on myself to learn from experience, modify and fix ...
So after a period of closure and caucuses, all you leaders of the State and the Politburo of the Party Central Committee in turn landed safely and maintain their power despite the people's fate and the fate of the country hanging on the edge of a cliff. Of course, after the escape and landed safely, but the leaders of this shameless State continues to make it a zero-tolerance crackdown on individuals, other organizations different ideas, and different political views to the State as the fate and the case of the 3 trade union activist was mentioned in particular and the Democratic Activist, Religion in Vietnam in general.
