Amnesty International - Amnesty International on 07-10-2013 medium for publication of alarming reports about the deplorable human rights situation in Vietnam ... immediately after the International Human Rights Organization Human Rights Watch ( HRW ) , based in the United States demanded Prime Minister Vietnam to improve human rights situation in Vietnam a few days ago . Human rights in Vietnam is the central theme to attract the attention of the International Community ... from non-governmental organizations and human rights organizations in the world ... especially in the current period communist government of Vietnam is running for seat on Human Rights Council of the United Nations .

The government of Vietnam to participate in the Human Rights Council of the United Nations this year ... or can even become a full member of the International Human Rights this power is a great insult not only for the member state involved is Vietnam ... but also is an inexpressible insult to the agency of the United Nations Human Rights ... where represents the voices in the field of human rights everywhere in the world ... because human rights record is extremely bad and highlights of Vietnam now and lasted throughout the years .

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam , Mr Luong Thanh Nghi said that Vietnam wanted to " contribute more to the common efforts of the international community , in promoting and protecting human rights around the world " and commitments ... will contribute positively to the overall work of the Council ... a statement is ridiculous and farcical upright when right in his country , human rights ,  constitution and law has been trampled outright , everyday ... and become increasingly severe , worse than ... that we can see through the tens of hundreds of bloggers, dissidents who's imprisoned just for expressing their views peacefully .

A country with a bad human rights record like that ... then how is eligible to become a member of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations ... how can contribute to the overall effort of the international community , in promoting and protecting human rights around the world ... when their own country is a bad example in the field of human rights . The word " commitment " from the government of Vietnam led many people to laugh because the brazen to disgusting of this communist state . Hundreds of thousands of political prisoners , prisoners of conscience right in front of eyes... but before the international community , Vietnam is still brazenly stated that : " In Vietnam , there are not any political prisoner " and human rights are always respected by the government of Vietnam ... like that, the word " commitment " of them for so long and now there is credible or not ... ?
