For over 67 years, since the Communist Party robs government in 1945, the National Assembly of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (1946-1976) and subsequent National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (1976-2012) issue 4 of the Constitution in the years: 1946, 1959, 1980 and 1992.
