The land disputes between the government and people have tended to worsening when farmers want to protect their land and assets simultaneously confronted with two evil forces of power.The most fearest is authorities. That is powerful force with the police and military to be armed with guns, awls, electric batons and dogs. The second terrifying power components is thugs who were leased by government and the project Investors to serve their sinister intentions of the coercive appropriation of legitimate land and assets of honest poverty and misery people.
While laws and policies related to land too many shortcomings and inadequacies, the government instead learn as well as amendments to overcome the shortcomings and irrationality in the land law, in the documents, recommendations decisions regarding land and absorb the same time, and listen to the legitimate aspirations of the people. But they did not so.
