Vote of confidence in Parliament ..... continue a further antics democracy in Vietnam.

Does these power State leaders......Will automatic resigned...... when recognize themselves no longer worthy of the trust of the people and for the country ....!

On 10-06-2013 Vietnam National Assembly will conduct a vote of confidence for the state leaders and government sector ... including the state supreme leader such as President, Prime Minister, Congress President, Director Procuratorate, the court ...... with the participation of the media, Press from the first moment .... sounds like an full democratic activity .... and in the spirit of Resolution 35 of the National Assembly ... the people who have more than half of the National Assembly and People's Councils confidence rating is low .... may resign. However, the people of Vietnam so long too familiar with the tone of propaganda, deceptive and incoherence between actions and words from the leaders of the communist state Vietnam .... . therefore, the optimism and belief in the change in the direction of good over the no confidence vote this time ..... it seems it's just a far away dream ..... with current realities in Vietnam.

Moreover, with the results and experiences are in the past as well as recent results of the National Assembly regarding the Draft Amendment to the Constitution of the State as a result ..... 100 percent rate Deputies endorsed the Commission's decision to amend the Constitution ...! although in many hearts have expressed that .... not agreed with the decisions .... undemocratic imposition from above mentioned committee ..... this show..... every election related activities or have a direct impact on the position and power of the leaders of the State or government .... are just as active democratic form sham democracy ..... .... because in reality all results are already sorted, fully predefined and only under the direction of the party leaders and government sector. Thereby, do any people dares to think of themselves that .... State leaders will receive a majority vote "no confidence" from the National Assembly ...! or believe that they themselves will resign .... when that is no longer trusted by the people .... and no longer worthy of powers .... and their responsibilities with the people and the country.

The only real change from the views, attitudes and actions of the leaders of the State of Vietnam ..... that people can regain their confidence in the government. And the acceptance of a free election with the participation of political parties in the country under observation from the International Community ... then, if the Vietnam Communist Party continues to exist. .., it will be plausible answer ... for positions of leadership and power of the state leaders and the current administration block at the same time ..... until then ..... any opinion for or against political dissidents with state will also automatically disappear ..... no need to  the state must be broken-hearted to suppress as at present. If doing this .... it also means determining the legitimacy of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the unique position to lead the country .... and to keep or abolish Article 4 of The state constitution will no longer be important or need more discussion again.
