Politics always polymorphism varied shades and deep ... it's not easy anyone can accurately judge. However, the underlying abnormalities in the documents have been signed between the government of Vietnam to communist China's communist government .... over recent trip to China by the head of State Vietnam .... President Truong Tan Sang ...! led many people are concerned. Why is the government of Vietnam easily to agree to China (aggressor) ... the right to work together in the waters under the sovereignty of Vietnam ... legally??? Why the joint statement .... the agreement documents between the two countries did not mention the need and core of issues ... relating to resolve sea dispute Islands between Vietnam and China ... that is the East Sea Code of Conduct (COC) ... and the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) ... which will bring fairness and safety to Vietnam before the unruly Chinese multitude of ways to resolve the dispute ... and expansionist ambition of China in the East Sea region in general and.... in the archipelagos - Truong Sa which belong to Vietnam in particular.
While other small countries in the region are competing claims in the East Sea, such as the Philippines, Japan, Indonesia .... trying to find all the support from the allies to counterbalance large power to China as the United States, India, United Kingdom, France .... and Internationalization sovereignty disputes in the East Sea ...aim to seek and secure solutions for their fair .. . to protect the sovereignty and territorial ... before the brazen and aggression of the Chinese communist government officials ....while the Vietnam communist government is isolating itself confusingly. Why excessive concessions before the aggressor .... while we are an independent country .... having legal sovereignty ... and can completely escape the influence and the threat from China ... if multilateralism .... Internationalization for Sea islands dispute between us and China ...!???. The leaders of Vietnam Communist Party and government officials in Vietnam are now worried what ... run by spineless coward .... or shady reason and all the other hidden behind not can explain .... leading to action spineless ... wrong .... confusing .... not acceptable.
Vietnam country will go to where .... and what will happen to Ethnic Vietnam .... when the party leader and the Communist government of Vietnam as the current behavior ...? ?? To lower head before the aggressor ... cruel to the people is ... betrayed the people....betrayed the country. The party leaders and government officials are now turned against their own people .... is gradually ... gradually abetting the enemy suppressed aggression people.... giving each parts ... each part of the territory, territorial waters of the country for the aggressor. This action is the selling country action can not quibble ... undeniable. We, the people of Vietnam ... not probably continue to endure and waiting for the day ... that the country of Vietnam fell to the invading enemy ... and the people of Vietnam continues to back to slavery itself .... cattle life ... as our ancestors had ever been ...for a thousand years before. Accept oppressed .... abuse assault .... ... arrest, imprisonment ... or accept life ... making themselves slaves.... cattle life....for cruel invaders China and then ... that even when want to live is could not....want to die ... but not done .... are depending on thinking .... depending on the judgment and behavior of all the people of Vietnam today.

The trip to Chiana of Chairman Sang reaffirmed foreign policy of Vietnam
Vietnam President Truong Tan Sang met Chinese President Xi Jinping at the People's Hall in Beijing, on 06/19/2013.
Vietnam Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh declared last visit to China by the end of President Truong Tan Sang reaffirmed the foreign policy of Hanoi as well as the determination of the party and government in strengthening Vietnam-release partnership developed a comprehensive strategic partnership with China.
China's Xinhua news agency said lead his newspaper Dawn replied on 23/6 says that the most important outcome of the trip was the Vietnam-China reached common understanding on the development of diplomatic relations and enhance political trust between the two countries' leaders.
This is the first visit to China by Mr. Truong Tan Sang to the position of President of Vietnam and also the first visit of the leaders in Hanoi to China after Beijing replaces new leader. The trip lasted from 19 to 21 this month.
Vietnam Foreign Minister said on this occasion, both parties have a joint declaration and signed 10 cooperation documents in various fields including documents for future-oriented bilateral relations and the proposed development of specific effects.
In the joint declaration content of 8 points, the two sides reiterated the word "consensus" about 30 times on various issues including the East Sea issue.
However, both sides did not mention on the East Sea code of conduct and respect for the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea UNCLOS 1982 that Vietnam is often referred to in the International Conference on the East Sea dispute as also in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam when the action against Beijing's overwhelming dominance in this resource-rich waters.
