Whenever referring to the current situation of the country ... mention on ulcers which caused social unrest and economic downturn the country is corruption ... as also mention the misconduct trampling of human rights from ruling communist regime in Vietnam today ...is entire the party leaders , leaders of Vietnam Communist state and with a large of members of the mode who orients public oppinion are fling themselves up like wanting to make mincemeat of somebody ... and then the chorus forever was sounded up ...which is rhetoric distorting from the remnants groups of American - Wei ... Which is the reactionary enemy forces standing behind manipulated Vietnamese fellow aim anti- revolutionary achievements ... v. .. v. ... but none of these leaders dared communist state look at the facts ... on the wrongs and mistakes by themselves cause to people ... and for ethnic homeland . Therefore , to broad public opinion and objectivity in the comments about policy line to rule the people and operating the country from the collective group of party leaders and the ruling communist dictatorship in Vietnam .
