Vietnam is facing scathing criticism from the international community for its human rights record its worst now ... before the Universal Periodic Inspection Hearing for Human Rights ( UPR ) of Vietnam at the UN Human Rights Council is expected to come on 05-02-2014 in Geneva ( Switzerland ) . Although participated and signed many international instruments on human rights ... and now officially became a member of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations ... but the worst human rights records of Vietnam so long seems entirely unimproved , if not say having setbacks on Human Rights .

A series of decrees wrong of Government of Vietnam issued in recent years to control , restrict and ban the people to exercise their fundamental freedoms including their legitimate rights as : Freedom of speech, freedom of religion , freedom of residence and movement, freedom of assembly and association ... v ... v ... along with increased harassment and repression against political dissidents , democracy activists and human rights activists, religious and political prisoners , prisoners of conscience in the country .. . is deep concern today from the International Community , especially for International Human Rights Organizations and Non-Governmental Organisations today .

The call for increased pressure from the International Community , the member states of the UN on Vietnam ... is an urgent and entirely proper for real rise in serious human rights violations in the country from this totalitarian communism . Currently and in the past would show that, ought to has been as a member of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations ... and with the role and responsibility of the member state which participated and signed into international important documents on  human rights , Vietnam must ensure and respect for his commitment to advocating and protect the human rights of the people in his country ... as well as everywhere in the world . However, reality proves that the words and actions of the leaders of the communist state Vietnam not go perfectly together. It is time for the International Community should strongly condemned and executed his strictness towards the member states do not follow the rules as Vietnam today.
