' Hanoi let tear up the UPR cheating report  to tell up the real status of human rights '

A Vietnam human rights organization based in France sent a letter to the Foreign Ministry delegation to Hanoi to Geneva ( Switzerland ) periodic review of human rights universal UPR on 5/2 suggest Vietnam tear up the cheating reports on human rights to speak up real tragedy of Vietnam human rights . '

Letter by the Chairman of the Committee to Protect human rights in Vietnam, Mr. Vo Van Ai sent on the first day of Tet Giap Ngo, it says :

" Please let Mr. Mrs. etched your name into the history of the nation , in the heart of ninety million Vietnamese people today , by telling the truth about the human rights atrocities in Vietnam. Between the Universal Periodic Review at the UN Human Rights Council February 5 , you just say loudly : ' We bring to the Report on the implementation of human rights SRV nearly 30 pages to read . But we would tear up in front of you , take the time to talk about the serious human rights violations that means not speaking out this long . Please, Government delegations in the world let question and advice for us to do , how to implement the UN Convention which Vietnam has signed since 1982 " .

Mr. Vo Van Ai said the Universal Periodic Review of the upcoming 5.2 day is a unique opportunity to report human rights delegation of the government of Vietnam write their names into green history , and suggestions for the Party and the State , " a model turn back to the people , standing in the rank of people in the spirit of pluralist democracy , to fight for a democratic country Vietnam , prosperous , leave off the yoke chain . "

The letter was sent a few days before the Committee to Protect Vietnam Human Rights in collaboration with the International Federation for Human Rights FIDH a seminar held at the UN headquarters to call for human rights in Vietnam .

Workshop on 4/2 , a day before Hanoi human rights report before the UN Human Rights Council , revolves around the theme " Voices of civil society banned in Vietnam " .

Among the speakers having two witnesses from Vietnam who has been under house arrest presented via tape recorder that is superior Buddhist monk Thich Quang Do and senior of Buddhist family  Le Cong Cau under the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Mini most , a religious organization is not recognized by Hanoi .
