24 Organizations of the civil society's message for International Day of Human Rights, dated 12/10/2014


VRNs (02/12/2014) - Saigon - 24 civil society organizations in Vietnam, was first sent to the public Message on International Human Rights Day, on 12/10/2014.
The message says: "More than ever, we urge the United Nations; People, parliamentary and democratic governments in the world; international organizations advocate honored around the universal values of human rights; community Vietnam abroad, please let all stand fully support the struggle for human rights justice, freedom and democracy of our nation Vietnam.
Congress and Democratic governments around the world, especially the United States, have the sanctions if the ruling communist Vietnam continued human rights violations by law HR 4254 (the bill's sanctions VN Human Rights), by CPC list (countries need special attention to human rights and religious), and by elimination VN from TPP (trans partnership Agreement Pacific) ".

MESSAGE FROM VIETNAM CIVIL SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY 10-12-2014
Authorities communist party dictatorship in Hanoi has restricted or deprived of all human rights of all people of Vietnam which has been set forth in the International Bill of Rights and two International Covenants on civil rights, political, cultural, economic and social, which Vietnam has signed and pledged to observe. They restriction or deprivation in terms of theory (the law) and in terms of actual (act).
             Authorities VN gave a Constitution and laws based solely according to the Communist Party and only serves to benefit the Communist Party. They won a monopoly on politics and education, privileged culture and economy. They gross violation of basic human rights of people VN such as land property rights, freedom of information and expression, freedom of religion and thought, freedom of assembly and association, freedom of movement and residence, the right to physical, residential security and communications industry.
             Authorities VN currently detained hundreds of people fighting for human rights, democracy and religion, but they are falsely that these people accused of criminal law violation, infringement of national security and destabilize society, while they really just are prisoners of conscience.
        For many years, especially in 2014, the security agencies Vietnam sudden increase implementing the behavior of thugs and use of limbs thugs to attack the system, brutally suppressed the active state for human rights, democracy and religion.

             First of all humanity is solemnly commemorate International Human Rights Day 10-12-2014, CSOs Vietnam strongly voiced:
             1 / Oppose every infringement of human rights of the communist government of Vietnam on the law as well as in behavior.
            2 / Ask the Vietnam Communist authorities revise the Constitution and laws of the People's expectations and consistent with international human rights standards.
         3 / Request communist government of Vietnam to release immediately and unconditionally release all prisoners of conscience.
          
          4 / Ask the communist government of Vietnam to immediately stop using violence against activists for human rights, democracy and religion;
          5 / Request communist government of Vietnam to respect the basic human rights:
- Farmers must be private ownership of land, must be adequately compensated when requisitioned plowing fields, farmers should be entitled to make their own associations.
- Workers must be paid a living wage, to have the proper working conditions of human dignity, shall be entitled to make their own unions.
- Parents and young people should be entitled to have an independent education system, human, liberal, non-political; must be supported to study where to choose.
- All religions have freedom of organization and independent living, should have the right to educate young people and spread the moral right to society.
- Every company private enterprise business must be free, fair competition and state bank loans easily in a market economy literally.
- All citizens have the right to establish and organize political parties and civil society, freedom of information and expression, freedom of residence and travel (including off and on the water), freedom to choose their representatives, the right to participate in national machinery not as a communist Party member.
- All people should be entitled to a security environment and healthy living: clean water, clean air, clean food; escape the threat of flooding streets, red mud bauxite, hydro flood.
- All prisoners must be treated with dignity: no torture, exploitation of labor, must be fed, medical treatment and meet the needs of emotional, cultural or religious ; when finish sentenced no probation and no discrimination.
             More than ever, we urge the United Nations; People, parliamentary and democratic governments in the world; international organizations advocate honored around the universal values of human rights; community Vietnam abroad, please let all stand fully support the struggle for human rights justice, freedom and democracy of our nation Vietnam.
