People living in Vietnam and abroad and the International Community today witnessed the true nature of the communist regime in Vietnam and the real communists in power in the communist country. .. after they signed voluntary participation in the United Nations Convention Against Torture, and the punishment or cruelty, humiliation personality (referred to as UNCAT) ... and was elected to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations.
Despite knowing the inherent duplicity of this long-standing communist regime of Vietnam ... but people still could not escape the feeling amazed at the behavior despised law and international law a brazen way, brazenly and so quickly of communist authorities of Vietnam after only a few days after This communist State wear the shirt of the members of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations ... and reached voluntarily signed the UN Convention Against Torture ...!
Why was member of the UN Human Rights Council that has hindered behavior and prevent citizens from participating in common, learning and reference materials on human rights ... as well as was member states of the UN Convention Against Torture, or the punishment against cruelty, humiliation and personality ...but to commit acts of cruelty and disregard for people's lives ... like that ? Authorities communist Vietnam so long sitting on law ... not perhaps now continue even to sit on international law ...!
Vietnam's law and international law is not a joke or is the cake that Vietnam would like playing games or manipulate any type will do. Human rights are fundamental human rights universal world that anyone born in this world has the right to inherit by default. No one or any power that might infringe, impede, prohibit or distort it in any form. It is time for the International Community must strictly enforce international law against Vietnam ... and also it's time the people of Vietnam should protest more ... more strongly about unethical behavior ... and acts of human rights abuses ... regardless people's lives from the communist government of Vietnam.

1. Through the information I learned:
1312090 (i) the last afternoon of 06/12/2013, Trinh Xuan Tinh (34 years of age, a native of Thanh Hoa, Binh Duong Province shelter, fruit sellers are shown) were policemen, civil defense and order urban ward 25, Binh Thanh district, known as "wards of the task force missions roadside cleanup heart", handcuffed, beaten on D1 road (Ward 25, Binh Thanh). Criminal Procedure, and offenders under the provisions of Article 107, Article 110, Article 121, Article 102 ... of the Criminal Code.

Then, when the police came to disperse, we told them that we had done the dissemination of human rights to celebrate the International Day of Human Rights and human rights are natural rights that have, so we not even need to ask the State.
