Especially the introduction of the lack of actual text said above ...Right in time that the traffic  bribery status are raging throughout the country ...which cause stinging in society so long .... and create images not good of the police branch in Vietnam in hearts of people today.

 Why Traffic Police Sector Vietnam had to issue a lack of reality text right in the time of fully sensitive due to the corruption at present ...??? ... As well as what's hidden behind all that made the traffic police's in fear of videographers while on duty ... unless they themselves are not clear. While the government is always shouting and calling for anti-corruption ...against negative ...is the text 1402 of the Traffic Police, by road and rail said above which shows the limited and contradictory nature opposite of that call. All of us know to be able to take a ... corruption issue ... a negative behavior to the light... to the public and the law ... is  to need real evidence, clear and obvious violations of the case that just be recognized by law and the authorities ... However, the contradictions in the text  1402 above of the Traffic police branch seem desirable ... create a iron armor for the branch.... and like a knife which cut off the chance of favorable conditions for the people of Vietnam who desire cooperative with the government to fight negative and anti-corruption.

 The atmosphere of fight against corruption... fight against negative in Vietnam inherently gloomy ... now, plus the introduction of the current lacked convincing text from the Traffic police Sector of  Vietnam ... has making paintings against corruption .... negative control in Vietnam .... become ever more gloomy. Especially for Traffic Police Sector in Vietnam, one of the most corrupt sectors. Vietnam Society what will happen ... and the country of Vietnam ... Where will go to....when those who's power in hand ... who emerged fully functional competence ... promulgated and implemented law ... but always looking for ways to bend the law ... distorting the truth .... and legally  trample on justice ... trample on human moral conscience without be shame. All wrongdoing, bureaucratic authoritarianism of the ruling communist Vietnam is gradually taking away the already fragile faith left in people's mind for leaders and governments at all levels ... it is also one of the reasons urged people are calling for a government Pluralism, Multi-party ... calling every effort of struggle for Freedom and Democracy and Human Rights for the people of Vietnam ... and National Ethnic Vietnam.
