U.S. House of Representatives passed bill HR 1897 Vietnam Human Rights .... In the context of increasing repression on human rights in Vietnam

THE TRUTH - JUSTICE - LOVE

Dominhtuyen

Human rights are the basic rights ... legally plausible that anyone born in this world are apparently inherited ... and no one ... no any power ... not a government or any ruling regime can deny ... restrictions, prohibitions .... or deprive them illegal ... in any form. And that today the U.S. House of Representatives passed bill HR 1897 Vietnam Human Rights not only helps expose violations of human rights in Vietnam .... but again indirectly confirms the basic spiritual values related to human rights and the regulations which had been expressed very clearly in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of the United Nations ...as  well as.. once again re-define immutable stance from Washington government in advocating Freedom Democracy and protect fundamental human rights in Vietnam in particular and globally .... world in general.

Just a glimpse of the facts of human rights violations ... the misguided policies ... and the wrong resolution overlap from the current ruling system .... plus the full range inadequacies of the Criminal Procedure Code be interpreted ambiguously and arbitrarily applied .... as well as the bureaucracy, abuse of power and disregard of law from Judiciary, Executive Vietnam's ... as well as from the authorities at all levels of government from local to central level over time ... also reflect clear and full panoramic picture of the worst human rights in Vietnam today. The leaders of the ruling party and now in Vietnam ... to maintain and protect its leadership position .... and their personal interests always blindly support or ignore the human rights violations ... illegal .... trample justice ... contrary to the current State Constitution .... and even contrary to the moral conscience people.

Why in the developed democratic countries like USA, UK, France, Germany, Australia .... citizens have freedom right to protest and criticism against the misconduct from individual a government official ... to the policy of the State ... even have the right to criticize or oppose even for characters head of government.... leaders of State .... or heads of Ministries, including the President, Prime Minister, or the Ministers without fear .... whatever .... while in Vietnam just have thoughts or ideas ... or whether any action is really beneficial for the people ... for the country ... as the voice against corruption ...against negative .. . against the misconduct of government employees ... and even can even patriotism against the aggressor .... but if those who go against the interests of the State Leaders.... government leaders ...is the authorities immediately suppressed harassment ... beaten, tortured or imprisoned ....  wrong and unjust way.

The reason why ... and at first may sound as preposterous and downright strange ... not probably like the excuses of the Vietnam communist State leader .... that  Human Rights in Vietnam and many other countries in the world have many differences ... so different ...due to different ideological and cultural differences in geographic and original history ... ect .. so the human rights between Vietnam and other countries so long to be seen and understood in a different perspective. Well, actually it's just words brazenly sophistry, ambiguous, and full of unruly from  communist authorities of Vietnam ... to cover up the acts of their sins before the  the public opinion of people in country and foreign and international. Human rights is only one and there is no difference to any other country in the world .... is the universal basic rights and legal legitimacy is the UN recognized and clearly defined in the International Declaration of Human Rights by the countries in the world to voluntarily participate ... including Vietnam. All member states of the world before signing and involving in it, have been referenced the content of Declaration fully ... so can not quibble whether any reason .. .. and in any form.
