After the announcement of 2012 annual report of the U.S. State Department on human rights around the world, which refers strongly to the human rights situation is getting worse in Vietnam, is now to turn to Community Europe continues to heat what public opinion both at home and abroad and are concerned over International Resolutions of the European Parliament on the issue of human rights in Vietnam. Worst human rights situation in Vietnam in recent times has attracted strong interest from the international community after a series of arrests arbitrary, illegal and violent. The communist government of Vietnam, have become more brazen and aggressive to the voice of dissent in the country while still citing national security reasons vaguely and use the full range shortcomings in the way the criminal law argued and interpreted arbitrarily as a tool to silence people and obstruct the fundamental freedoms and legitimate their legitimacy.
The current ruling Communist Vietnam become more dangerous when act oppression people becomes increasingly sophisticated and systematic. In addition, the authorities did not hesitate to parallel those wicked tricks and vile as to use the media and local radio report slander, distort and smear the image of the activities Democracy, Human Rights and Religion in the country in many different forms. "Reactionaries" are familiar words and frequently authorities communist Vietnam to the use of those who dared to capture thoughts, attitudes or behavior contrary to the view of the State party and even to the patriotism of the people, by the pupils, students, intellectuals or political opinion from the team, their comrades are not excluded. In general, though there is one, of any component that does not agree with the party, the state, their behavior can be captured by the two words "reactionary".
Pressure on Human Rights is one more burden on the shoulders of the leaders and rulers in Vietnam today. Do not have much time and did not have much choice for them. Hanoi's leaders, or continued entrenchment, continue to ignore the legitimate aspirations of all the people, policies continued brutal dictatorship, regardless of law, international law and conscience human morality, and then to continuously receive punishment, sanctions from the international community, or are aware of their responsibilities and their moral conscience so that policy changes and rule proper behavior towards his people. Respect for human rights, democratic approach and put all ethnic national interests above all, it is the wisdom and insight of the leaders of the country. Not a public institution, not a government or any political party which is against the interests of the people, contrary to the national interests of the peoples that exist. The party leaders and rulers in Vietnam now need to understand and remember this clearly before going to decide how to act before the country is full of complexity and uncertainty as at present.
