Every year when the date 30 April nearly comming is how emotions emerge in Vietnam people's mind, especially for the people of South Vietnam, emotion welled up a little strangely. Feeling wistful mixed with sadness that is difficult to describe in words. Already 38 years since the fall of South Vietnam fell to the communists, the people of Vietnam always live in anguish, suffering under the rule of brutal, repressive inhumanity of godless communists . The leaders of  authorities scrambling corruption and enjoying life, on pain of Traditional discarded people. That is the reason why the country of Vietnam after 38 years agreed that the people of Vietnam always feel regret and sorrow instead of joy and happy life as propaganda of the regime communist dictatorship ruling today.

Emotions are not just for lawyers dissidents in Hanoi that simmered for years in the heart of the people of Vietnam. Current life as how much pain as sorrow and regret follow the year, month as a surge up much. Well, How is it if 38 years ago the government of the Republic of Vietnam won the Communists? Vietnam is probably not included in the list of backward poverty country, but its human rights abuses is surpass many countries around the world and in the region. In addition revenge to officials of the former regime and their relatives, what did the communist rulers of Vietnam do for the people of Vietnam? Yes, in addition to the creation of poverty, backwardness, filled with injustice and oppression, the current communist government does not do anything good for the people and that's the only reason today most of the people of Vietnam have no confidence in the leadership of the party and the communist government of Vietnam.

The people of Vietnam who saw and understood this but to ever someone in the party leadership and current State put itself in the position of citizens that they experience and feel that is always burning smoldering in the hearts of their poor people? Why Communist Party of Vietnam, the class is said to represent the voice of the people of Vietnam won the Republican regime that so called as foreign slaves, oppressed and exploited people that far, was 38 years of reunification, but the people instead of enjoy prosperous life and happy life is to fall into unprecedented misery. Oppression, injustice spread from urban to rural, from domain down to the plains everywhere heard plaintive cry up the sky. There's many Vietnam Hero Mothers who had ever bolstered nourishing communist guerrillas Vietnam but joys reunification could not celebrate together yet, now must lead together to the state government to ask justice , and demanded fair for themselves and their families. Everything mentioned above is the main cause of regret in the hearts of people to Vietnam every when 30 April comming, the day communist Vietnam's victory, but is the day marked the end of people inside. The price as 38 years ago, the winner is not the godless communists .... is now how happy and did not have the hatred national day 30 April  in the heart of the people of Vietnam.

The happy, the sad on occasion of 30/4

Each year 30-4 occasion, I receive questions from fellow Vietnam people overseas is "feeling you thinks and what the next day 30-4?". I have the opportunity to tell them about thoughts and feelings.

From small to nineteen years old, a 30-4 chance I'm really excited and proud because it is the day of victory and unity of the country. Vietnam has won a number of world power militarily and economically.

At the end of 1989, I had the opportunity to GDR (former) and the East German people witnessed overthrew communist regimes consistent with capitalism, democracy in West Germany. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to West Berlin to see the prosperity and freedom of the capitalist regime, democracy. Looking back at our Vietnam, after 30-4-1975, the bureaucratic regime, markets prohibition damming, people suffer hunger, misery. When conducting reform, economic development, people's lives better off, enough to eat, enough to wear, have been living facilities and modern travel. But corruption has become endemic, the invasion of the enemy nation. The moral degradation and happening lifestyle in a comprehensive manner, in all aspects of social life from education, health, judiciary, administration, ... and on every level from national to local.

Many of us have witnessed businesses, government officials, armed forces and gangsters came together forced farmers to take away the means of production is their most important fields land. How many innocent people as they walked into the police station healthier, but just a few hours later, they are still just a body without a soul. And how many brave people stand up fighting for freedom and democracy have been harassed, beaten, and imprisoned. Truly heartbreaking and poignant.

Now people ask me, "what you thought and feelings on how the 30-4?"
I said: A democracy and civilization has lost a one party totalitarian regime and backward. Evil has won. But the sad feelings and regret for the Republic of Vietnam regime, by me and so many people have said that if on 30-4-1975, the winner is the Republic of Vietnam is now in Asia, Vietnam can only Japanese lost only economically, but will certainly equal to or more than the entire Korean economy and military.

Speech eloquent, concise and meaningful of Bishop Vincent Nguyen Van Long before the Australian Parliament House today urged and aroused the hearts of the people of Vietnam and abroad before the disaster imminent destruction of our country as true today said by revered Bishop of us. Well, nearly 70 years since communism imposed the brutal rule in northern Vietnam, and during the 38 years since the fall of the south in the hands of the godless communists, Vietnam country was really immersed in all aspects. People's plaintive cry rang out across the country, and damned life, the people of Vietnam has long ceased to be seen as a human being when the fundamental rights of them has been group of communist dictatorship Vietnam blatantly trample and violent.

Tragedy the country today and to cling to one's power and position, heartless immorality of the top leaders in Hanoi show that, the future of Vietnam country will be as ship tomorrow immersed if the communist regime current totalitarian continued existence. Hearts of the people have no confidence in the regime and rule policy than any wrongdoing by the Communist Party of Vietnam, which is the premise of the rise and boom democratic aspirations of the people of Vietnam on heart today. Accordance with the laws of nature, where there is increasing oppression and antagonism will also increase proportionately. And what has been happening in Vietnam society, and the country of Vietnam today is evident and most specific. Both our nation is facing disaster and doom sunk. Path to the so-called Socialism is the road leading to the corruption and deadlock comprehensive as is happening now. Our country needs a new boat to sail in the new millennium. The boat was not built with nonnative ideologies which are created by the will and enthusiasm of the people.

Dear all of you dear people at home and abroad,

Today, we are people who concerned about the fate of our homeland and nation prospect, come in front of the Parliament of Australia, the symbol of freedom and democracy, to express solidarity with our people in Vietnam in the democratization process of the country. The first word we want to send to loved people and especially those struggling in the water that you are not alone before the forces of communist tyranny. We the people of those countries Vietnamese exiles backed you. The freedom-loving people everywhere Democratic support for you and most of history are turning towards the destination that you are sacrificing struggle, following the example of heroic ancestors.

Indeed, there's never rising wave of democracy all over the homeland as today. After all these decades of living in a nonnative ideology, and completely within the corrupt, the people of Vietnam was deposed liabilities stood up and restore ownership destiny country. Recently, many patriotic organizations and most religions have the same commitment boldly, opening an era of liberal promising. The Start of the Consultation of 72 patriotic intellectuals request removal of Article 4 of the Constitution, followed by the Bishops' Conference represents the Catholic Church in Vietnam, Vietnam Buddhist Church Unification Church Buddhist Hoa Hao, Cao Dai Church and many domestic and international organizations have the same rhythm with more than 80 million heart Vietnam resolutely eliminate party ruled. You and the dear fellow, Vietnam in the 21st century is like the front of the boat turbulent ocean. We could not get on a boat ocean old obsolete.

Yesterday, 04/26/2013, Nguyen Thi Nhung - MOTHER OF THE STUDENT Uyen  Phuong Nguyen, 20 YEARS OLD, LONG AN EXPLORATION INTO THE DETENTION CAMP, FROM LAST MONTH detained 10/2012, waiting to be brought to trial, alleged 'propaganda against the state ", after the leaflets JOURNEY IN AN SUONG AREA  (SAI GON) DATED 10.10.2012, UP IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS OF LAND AS WELL AS THE CHINESE aggression in East Sea.

When met her children, Ms. Nhung was very surprised that many injuries on her daughter's body and was told she Nguyen Phuong Uyen was beaten unconscious in prison. This is what makes Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung very unexpected, because prison officials previous said Uyen Phuong ,she was having a seizure due to epilepsy.

  After the announcement of 2012 annual report of the U.S. State Department on human rights around the world, which refers strongly to the human rights situation is getting worse in Vietnam, is now to turn to Community Europe continues to heat what public opinion both at home and abroad and are concerned over International Resolutions of the European Parliament on the issue of human rights in Vietnam. Worst human rights situation in Vietnam in recent times has attracted strong interest from the international community after a series of arrests arbitrary, illegal and violent. The communist government of Vietnam, have become more brazen and aggressive to the voice of dissent in the country while still citing national security reasons vaguely and use the full range shortcomings in the way the criminal law argued and interpreted arbitrarily as a tool to silence people and obstruct the fundamental freedoms and legitimate their legitimacy.

The current ruling Communist Vietnam become more dangerous when act oppression people becomes increasingly sophisticated and systematic. Pressure on Human Rights is one more burden on the shoulders of the leaders and rulers in Vietnam today. Do not have much time and did not have much choice for them. Hanoi's leaders, or continued entrenchment, continue to ignore the legitimate aspirations of all the people, policies continued brutal dictatorship, regardless of law, international law and conscience human morality, and then to continuously receive punishment, sanctions from the international community, or are aware of their responsibilities and their moral conscience so that policy changes and rule proper behavior towards his people. Respect for human rights, democratic approach and put all ethnic national interests above all, it is the wisdom and insight of the leaders of the country. The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) and its member organizations called the Committee to Protect Vietnam human rights (VCHR) welcomed the resolution of the European Parliament on the issue of human rights in Vietnam and called for European Union Europe continued efforts to help end the grave human rights violations by the Hanoi government.

Emergency Resolution on the human rights situation in Vietnam was the European Parliament adopted at the plenary meeting on 18/4 condemning the deplorable human rights record of Vietnam and European requirements to review the compatibility between the human rights violations in Vietnam Cooperation Agreement with Vietnam-EU, which has set the conditions for diplomatic relations and trade between the two sides based on respect for democratic principles and human rights.

FIDH a federation of 164 human rights organizations from around the world. FIDH Permanent Representative of the European Union, Ms Gaelle Dusepulchre, told VOA Vietnamese language:

"Resolution of the European Parliament is very useful because it raised a lot of human rights violations in Vietnam related to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and the right to land . This resolution is a very important source of information, reminder note to European countries to ensure that investor relations and trade with Vietnam to help improve people's human rights in Vietnam. This resolution does not harm relations between the EU and Vietnam as Hanoi accused. It is time to put human rights issues on the table and discuss frankly and Vietnam have proved to be responsible in the field of human rights. We collected a lot of information about the human rights violations of Hanoi, are exactly what set up the Resolution. "

Reflecting the concerns raised in the report by the International Federation for Human Rights and the Committee to Protect Vietnam human rights publication entitled "The bloggers and netizens behind bars after Vietnam," Resolution of the European Parliament said the activities of the government crackdown Vietnam aimed at bloggers, political activists, human rights defenders or political dissidents is a blatant violation of the commitment to respect human right between Hanoi International. Hanoi rejected voiced Resolution of the European Parliament and said that this Resolution to completely false information on the status of human rights in Vietnam, adversely affecting the developing and the relationship between Vietnam and EU.
