Appeal of Bloc 8406:
The Struggle calls for the communist government to be held in Vietnam a referendum under the International supervision.
To:
- Vietnamese compatriots at home and abroad.
- The democratic government, human rights organizations and the international community progress.
November 23, 2012, the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, course 13 (2011-2016), the 4th session adopted Resolution No. 38/2012/QH13, on the "Organization of the opinion people's comments on the draft amendment of the 1992 Constitution. "
Article 4 of the Resolution stipulates: "Get people's comments on the entire draft amendments to the Constitution in 1992, include: Preface; political regime; human rights, the basic rights and obligations of citizens ...
