Notify 30/VT/13/Tgmkt number of Archbishop of the Diocese of Kon Tum, Bishop Michael Hoang Duc Oanh and Bishop Peter Tran Thanh Chung sent to hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese Catholics throughout the Diocese of comments draft amendments to the State Constitution again to confirm and affirm the correctness, feasibility and validity of the proposed draft amendment of the 1992 Constitution that the Standing Committee of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Vietnam posts to the Commission a draft amendment to the Constitution of the State Congress of Vietnam in early March.
We, the Christians of the Catholic Church in Vietnam, legal and patriotic citizens of the country of Vietnam is not only determined to make good the modification or construction of a new constitution true and correct , legal and meaning through advocacy efforts, and widespread propaganda written comments of the Standing Committee of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Vietnam but also enthusiastic cheering supporters historical documents feasible and consistent with the aspirations of the vast majority of Vietnamese people said of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Vietnam.
Whether in any part of society, as well as any religion, political party or any class of people, all the Vietnamese people we have is a clear understanding that: " Constitution legitimate, authentic and true "is the appropriate constitution and meet all the legitimate aspirations of the people, serve the interests of nations and peoples, which is clearly and complete all basic human rights that anyone born in this life are automatically inherited. The Constitution is the highest legal State and is the fundamental law of a country, so that no one, or no personal or partisan organization has the right to sit on it, dominated it or arbitrarily interpreted the wrong way misleading, whether intentionally or unintentionally in any form.

VRNs (18/03/2013) - Kontum - After Directories Lent 2013 of Kontum on 15/03/2013 diocese Bishop Michael Hoang Duc Oanh and German Peter Tran Thanh Chung has sent Notice of 30/VT / ' 13/Tgmkt for nearly 250 thousand Catholics in the diocese of suggestions to amend the Constitution in 1992. In the notice says: "We need to be aware of the importance of the amendments to the Constitution and positive comments sincerely. Do not be naive, do not fool anyone and did not let anyone fool you! Let study, understand and spread the suggestions of The Standing Episcopal Conference of Vietnam. This is a historical document, said to be the fundamental point of a Constitution by the people, for the people and because of the people. "
