The decision to participate in the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement referred to as TPP from communist government of Vietnam is expected later this year was met with strong opposition from the American public that typically a recent letter from the Action Alliance Manufacturing - U.S. Commerce (AMTAC) was sent to the U.S. Trade Representative, Ron Kirk in which they called on President Barack Obama's administration to consider carefully from taking of Vietnam in the said Partnership Agreement while the United States government recently listed Vietnam to the list of countries with problems about the use of child labor and forced labor in the textile industry and also Unfortunately, the dark as well as the prospect of achievement increasingly worse Human Rights in Vietnam today.

In the past, there were a lot of petitions and letter recommendations from the International Community, International Human Rights Organization and from the Vietnamese community in the United States sent to the incumbent government of President Barack Obama dismissed from participating in the TPP say on Vietnam's because not enough standard and status of a member. The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) is the Multilateral Free Trade agreement aims to promote comprehensive economic integration with countries in the Pacific arcs. Enormous economic benefits that a nation achieved after recognized by the Association as and eligible to become an official member of the said TPP desired drew participants from many countries the world including Vietnam. However, the conditions necessary parallel that member states are required to have and meet very demanding standards. Especially the achievement is closely related to the human rights of each country participating in the Multilateral Free Trade Agreement above.

The only and most important obstacles Vietnam to achieve their ambitions and aims to become an official member of the Multilateral Free Trade Agreement (TPP) is the achievement of human rights increasingly worse in Vietnam now when the people's fundamental right to freedom was government trampled in a crude and blatant. In addition, Vietnam has been identified as a country without political competition in a fair, not the freedom of the press, no freedom of speech rights and is ruled by an authoritarian government Justice system and legal weaknesses. Especially the economy is dominated by the most poor state capital firms and degradation before serious and pervasive corruption. In addition to the above comments, the most important and crucial that prevented Vietnamese integration and become membership of the Agreement is the thoughts, attitudes and actions of the group leader Party and the communist government of Vietnam is still no progress, no goodwill and no direction change, repair and remediation of the worst human rights record of the country.
