What makes people Yen Loc, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province to urgent and outrage that they can not be restraint and patience lead to further acts against the government by force? the situation of people who were oppressed by the authorities led to the burning people and outrage not just in Ha Tinh province of Vietnam, but also spread throughout all parts of the country. For many past years, instead of listening to people and then the handling of really reasonable,  the government at all levels in Vietnam has always advocated using violence to suppress people in all areas. The truth is not respected, and justice trampled the laws are enforced wrong, arbitrary, which is the main reason for the outrage people and no more stamina remaining led to be operating acts against the government by violence as happened in Yen Loc, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province last Tuesday 14-08-2012.

Bad government at all levels in Vietnam who abuse their positions and powers and use indiscriminate force to quell most people in the area of ​​lawsuits and land disputes between authorities with Religious Organizations and between authorities with the country people came to alarming levels. Not any Religion  organizations or any people who want to occur a dispute that against the government, but once the government always acts defiantly, despite the law, despite constitutional and ethical despite, is the outrage and prompted people that lead to take unwanted action against such incident today in Yen Loc, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province is difficult to avoid. Everyone maybe still has not forgotten about the wrongful coercive land for  family Doan Van Vuon and a number of households in Tien Lang district, Hai Phong city on 05-01-2012 that making injured four policemen and two soldiers, and also put Mr. Vuon, his family and some people into the prison.

Abuse their positions and powers using force indiscriminately to suppress the people of Vietnam's communist government in recent years also caused concern and attracted the attention, interest from a number of international human rights organizations and many countries around the world including the United States and other countries of Europe. All of us have no incentive to respond or object to the government by force. However, we can not just sit and watch the people who represent the law but violations of the law, the government on behalf of justice, but trampling truth and justice. We hope that this incident happened in Hai Phong Tien Lang, Van Giang, Hung Yen, Vu Ban, Nam Dinh and Yen Loc, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh today will be blood lessons and valuable for governments at all levels in Vietnam to experience. Everyone need to remember one thing, power and violence will never win the Truth and Justice. If governments continue to act defiantly despite the law, despite constitutional and human morality, then gunshots in Tien Lang or unplanned events occur in Yen Loc, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh day This will be replicated throughout the country is hardly inevitable.

People  vandalized headquarters in Ha Tinh People's Committee

Reports say hundreds of people in Yen Loc, Can Loc district, laid siege, destroying the headquarters commune People's Committee to require a person is released by police.
