Adherence to human rights, access to and expanding democracy by actions specific, practical, not by the rhetoric and empty as the authorities have been doing for several years. To get a real democracy in Vietnam, the first thing to do is group leader Ba Dinh Hanoi to accept a multi-party government and conduct the election in true freedom all levels so that people can choose for themselves who have the capacity and ethics to run the country.
