Redemptorist Vietnam has strong proposals to Vietnam's communist government to comply with all provisions of law and shall consider a satisfactory resolution of land assets legally owned Redemptorist Province of Vietnam which are bases being current violated by government an unlawful located at No. 86 on Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Ward 09, District 03 Saigon. Although this was the fourth recommendations of the Redemptorist Province of Vietnam to the government but all the goodwill from the Redemptorist Province of Vietnam has not been the leaders of Vietnam's communist government view review and response. Why Vietnam government to show a lack of good faith in receiving consideration and resolution requirements of the reasonable and legitimate people?
The communist government of Vietnam continues to keep quiet a confusing way. The leaders of Vietnam's communist government may face certain difficulties with regard "to consider and resolve cases related to land claims," a national problem the nature and relatively sensitive especially since after the enforcement of illegal land from Tien Lang district authorities to Doan Van Vuon family that has caused infuriated public opinion in people. VRNs (04/03/2012) - Saigon - "request to suspend construction work and the required return home-land owned by the Redemptorist Province Vietnam is located at No. 86 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Ward 9, District 3 "is the subject of recommendations of the 4th VN from Redemptorist Province that Joseph Dinh Huu Thoai has signed and sent to Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on 03.03.2012.It is known that the house No. 86 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, District 3 is the property of the Redemptorist monastery that have been appropriated to make the nursery by authorities from a few decades. This means they own the dam and construction of new projects. When seeing a violation of the law enforcement agencies, Redemptorist consecutive 3 times already sent petitions to suspend the work, but they remained firm despite being made by law. But toward the superior management agencies, although recommendations have received three letters, but so far no reply any comments. This is also the act of abuse of power and violations of the law.
Again, under the land law, land ownership, the entire people, the people have the right to use, but according to housing law, shall in any circumstances, the house could not be nationalized.

1. Originally we had three recommendations to the full content, legal basis and the committee posts competent bodies concerning the incident (attach three petitions). But so far, We do not receive any comments from any response agency. In contrast, home-land of property rights-the right to use our further compromised (see photographs on 03/03/2012 - attached).
