The above facts show us, the communist state government of Vietnam has not only increased the persecution, harassment, arrests and detention of democracy activists in the country but they also reach their octopus trunk malevolently to neighbors to make the offense despite the government's human rights violations and even despite the violation of international law on refugee protection laws. as reported by the media in the country, Mr. Thuan after being deported from Malaysia to Vietnam has been Vietnam's communist government arrested, investigated and prosecuted under Article 88 on charges of alleged acts of propaganda against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In recent years, Vietnam's communist government has repeatedly made his crimes and tricks by many different methods, including kidnapping or even secretly cooperating with a number of countries in the region for their deportation to refugees and on hearing in Vietnam .
We need to look at the situation objectively above to obtain the effective measures and appropriate in the protection of refugees Vietnam today. International fast on the need to assist and protect refugees who have been sacrificed their energy and even lives with main claim to legitimacy and human rights for civil legal nation, for the people who victim of dictatorship Communist party in Vietnam. Especially the High Commissioner for Refugees United Nations (UNHCR) with high mission and responsibility in protecting the lives and legal rights for refugees need to act firmly and strongly to end life-threatening condition and arrest refugees contrary to international law.

Then again Chan Hung Water Vietnamese movement was launched in 2007 by the founder of Le Thang Long. He is currently serving five years in prison in the first judgment in court along with Le Cong Dinh, Tran Huynh Duy Thuc Nguyen Tien Trung and in January 2010 on charges of political activists trying to overthrow the government.
A founding member of another is Thuan Vu Quang. He previously fled to Malaysia and the United Nations High Commissioner for refugee status, but the host country government was arrested in April 2010 and to court several times at that.
Communication in the Vu Quang Thuan announced Malaysia was deported back to Vietnam in February last year, and he was the prosecutors in Vietnam decision to prosecute, arrest for investigation of promotional activities against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam under Article 88 of the Penal Code of Vietnam.
