While the Communist government of Vietnam appoints Religion delegation led by police general Pham Dung to the Vatican to seek consensus and support from the top leadership of the Catholic Church in the Global .. . then in Vietnam, spoke and shared communion with the Diocese of Vinh , a victim of religious persecution barbaric and downright dismissive of Nghe An provincial governments Vietnam in recent days ... from Archbishop Ngo Quang Kiet and the whole of Catholic bishops Ha Noi recently ...as the message is the most obvious and the most powerful which to be sent to leaders of Vietnam's communist state and opinions at home and abroad about the truth of the persecution of religion in American parishes Yen , Vinh Diocese in the past time... and despite all efforts to deliberately distort and distort the truth from the authorities Vietnam ... the truth is still the truth finally no way to change it.
Any attempt by the communist authorities in Vietnam to deceive public opinion ... and cover all of their misconduct , trample human rights ... has completely failed . Even if they can fool the Vatican for at all ... it still will not change the face of the problem ... once powerful God in the hearts of the faithful have been offended , trampled today ... unless all crimes against religion and religious beliefs of the people be stopped immediately and unconditionally . Religion can not be offended ... and religious beliefs of the people could not be trampled for any reason . Anyone love their lives and really scared when face to face with death ... However, the most cowardly person , the most frightened ... also will immediately become most courageous and bravest if their religious beliefs are offended , are trampled ... and this has proved to be very clear and transparent throughout the ages for generations . The communist government of Vietnam has acquired a huge mistake ... very serious , when blatantly trample basic rights sublime this sacred inviolability of the people.
Only enthusiasm and goodwill actually , dare look into the truth of all matters ... then the Vietnam communist government can forever eliminate unnecessary gaps in people's mind with the government . All guidelines governing the country with violence as the government has done today will never bring good results as expected ... which only increases the hatred in the hearts of the people and the confrontations beyond desire . Especially for those sensitive issues related to spirituality . Not only in Vietnam ... but almost all over the world , religious belief strength always lies a tremendous invisible power that any powers can not offend , stop or destroy . ... even when religious beliefs are offended, the hatred between ethnic groups with other people ... or between this country to other countries will be ignored temporarily let them work closely together to solve the problem . We call on all faithful Catholics across the country , concentrate powerful with the leaders of the Catholic Church in Vietnam, protection of our religious faith in any way we can ... and also as a strong message send to the government of communist Vietnam ... it requires respect to the truth , justice enforcement... and human rights of people always protected whether in any circumstances.

BISHOPS OF HANOI ARCHDIOCESE COMMUNION WITH VINH DIOCESE

The whole of the Catholic Bishops of Hanoi Archdiocese sent to Bishop Paul Nguyen Thai Hop communion letter , dated 21/09/2013 , expressing sentiments of communion , sharing concerns , worries the diocese Vinh , at the same time , proposed the government strict handling individuals who use violence and suppression of people's behavior insulting religion .
It can be said , the whole of the Catholic Bishop of the Hanoi Archdiocese signed general letters of communion with the Diocese of Vinh amid the communist government has sent a delegation led by Mr. Pham Dung Police general - Head of Religious Government , to the Vatican to " talk about the incident at My Yen parish and Redemptorist ," authentication is the answer to the Vatican knew stance and views of Vietnam Catholic Church on the case parish My Yen and also confirmed for the Hanoi government that the entire Archdiocese of Hanoi stand side by side , communion and prayer for and with Vinh diocese .
