Decree has been signed into law in Vietnam on 15-07-2013 past related to information management and internet service of the Communist government of Vietnam shows that the current dictator ruling regime not only was the serious violations of human rights ... but also goes against the legitimate interests of the people in the volatile social today. The wrong Decree said above not only restrictions on all aspects of internet freedom ... but also a direct threat to the great patriotic pens in Vietnam. There's nothing is more bad than the shamelessly inconsistent between words and actions of the Vietnamese communist authorities. While one side, the leaders of the Communist Party and the State is always propaganda and claims before domestic and international public opinion that ... the Government of Vietnam has always adhered to the fundamental rights of the people .. . well as the opportunity to develop the country ... v. .. v. ... but on the other hand they have not done exactly what they said ... that the issuance of Decree and signed it into law connecting restrictions, and control services through the internet these past days, is eloquent evidence and the most specific that be undeniable or sophistication.
Faced with rampant corruption and increasing resistance of all strata in the country in the past ... especially criticism and strong opposition on the network and through internet services are common changes in the country, the government of communist Vietnam began to fear .... becoming more and more scared at the prospect of power and their personal interests are threatened ... as well as becoming ever more tenuous ... lead to behavior embarrassing cope perplexed and full of wrong ... despite human rights violations .... despite all the criticism and opposition from public opinion in country and foreign and also as from the international law ... as long as maintain and protect well their power ... position to lead the country ... and the great benefits of individual leaders ... or interest groups within the party and government apparatus at all levels. However, the fact shows that ....the harass, banned from the ruling elite now increasingly ...is the resistance and raising of people from all walks of life in the country also increased sharply more powerful .... plus the deep concern of international community .... watch out all wrong efforts from the leaders of the Communist Party and the State Vietnam ...quite counterproductive ... and do not bring good results as they desire.
And the only thing that the leaders of the ruling party and the communist dictatorship Vietnam now need to see and draw valuable lessons for them ... that is .... to rule the people ....to lead the country by force ... by the prohibition of harassment and imprisonment .... the choice is unwise ....not lucid ... not likely competition .... not only did not bring good results .... which is increasingly urgent that people ... and more ... outrage led to serious loss of confidence in the leadership, the current government ... create spacing hole between people with government .... and ultimately led to the collapse of the regime completely and quickly than they thought. There's only tolerance .... a warm heart, morality and humility ... really love people like their children .... love people like themselves ... really put the interests of country above their own benefits ... then that is the wisdom ... and the correct choice and the most essential of the leaders of Vietnam country today. And that all acts contrary to the interests of the people ... and the practical benefits of the country .... some day will have to pay a proportionate and appropriate manner.
