" Oh! why, the condition of the people and government behavior in the communist nations, or the countries were sponsored or supported by communist as well as the countries are having national policies and guidelines authoritarian dictatorship is similar like that.

Evident as in Vietnam, the people who were arrested and imprisoned illegally by government just for their expression of lawful freedom of speech, expressed their patriotism against the aggressor as case of Father Nguyen Van Ly, lawyer Cu Huy Ha Vu, dissident teacher Dinh Dang Dinh, 17 young Catholic youths in the Diocese of Vinh, bloggers Dieu Cay, bloggers Ta Phong Tan and .....the  most recent illegal abduction female young patriotic students Nguyen Phuong Uyen University of Industry Food TP. Ho Chi Minh and unfair trial filled with two patriotic musicians is Viet Khang and Tran Vu Anh Binh ... along with hundreds and thousands of other political prisoners and prisoners of conscience, if not look them as political prisoners, is look them as what kind of prisoner? is the  criminal offence? but they did not murder robbery, where corruption and degeneration as the communist government officials present, not also lewd and degenerate  as the police of Tien Lang District, sergeant Vu Van Quynh who current was denounced to use of force to commit his debauched immoral acts with a series of female students.

However, despite such clear but the Communist Party and the State government of Vietnam as well as other communist countries such as Cambodia today, before international and public opinion in the country still has calmly announced similar as: "Our country has no political prisoners ..." What makes them to become so brazen and shameless like that? Why dare arrest and detention of political prisoners, but did not dare to admit to people in the country and the world? Although it sounds strange but in fact there's nothing confusing. Because  themselves always confirm as a jurisdiction state, with a fair and civilized society, as well as all people are treated equally with each other, common inherited the basic human freedom that law and the constitution of Vietnam has defined. Therefore, when the words and actions do not go together, the Party and the Vietnamese communist authorities tried to cover up their misconduct is of course not difficult to understand. However, whether to recognize or not recognize, is with the opinion in the country or to the International Community, the people who was arrested by the communist authorities and imprisoned wrong in communist countries generally and in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in particularly, as the above cases  are quite certainly political prisoners and prisoners of conscience no one can deny. And before the trend of the current global democratization, both Vietnam and other communist countries in the world have the responsibility and obligation to implement fully their true commitment to the basic Rights of people. The first thing that must be done is immediately release all prisoners of conscience and political prisoners that they were illegally detained for years.

The morning of November 8, Sam Rainsy Party Youth Movement for Human Rights and a number of community land coerced held protests in the park free of Daun Penh District in the capital Phnom Penh. Purposes in order to demand release of human rights activists and political prisoners.

The purpose of protesters

Youth movement of the two largest opposition parties in Cambodia, about 200 people held peaceful protests in the park free, then paraded through the streets to the palace to petition King Norodom Sihamoni pardon request for human rights and political prisoners.

Article 27 of the Cambodian Constitution, the King has the right to reduce and pardon for the criminals in every traditional ceremony.

Mr. Suong Sophorn, head of the Sam Rainsy Party Youth Movement said the demonstration has three major goals include calling on the government to change the composition of the National Election Commission; enhance tightening the judicial system because the government does not be separated between the legislative, judicial and executive branches; Tuesday protesters petition the king pardoned the political criminal activities in order to protect the sovereignty of territory and land.

He Suong Sophorn says:

"The political prisoners such as Mr Sam Rainsy, Mr. Mam Sonando, director of Beehive Radio, Chairman of the Democratic Association and a number of activities for land ownership in Borey Keila and Boeung Kak, they is the court accused prisoners unreasonably. We know Sam Rainsy case purely political case. Government action also admitted pulling his temporary border posts in order to take advantage of political issues. "

Late January / 2010, Sam Rainsy was Cambodia's Svay Rieng provincial court sentenced to two years in jail for destroying state property and incite racial discrimination, when the spit of the temporary border markers No. 185 of the General Border Committee of Cambodia - Vietnam on 25/10/2009.



Before he was convicted, the Vietnamese government has asked Cambodia to take measures appropriate action against him. Vietnam has condemned this action and the statement of Mr. Sam Rainsy alleged Vietnam milestone encroachment is falsely accused Vietnam, aims to destroy the relationship of the two countries.

September / 2010, Sam Rainsy was Cambodian court sentenced 10 years in prison in the case of forging documents and maps obstruct the work of demarcation of the two countries.

And he Mam Sonando, director of Beehive Radio, the Democratic Chairman of the Association was the Court of First Instance of Phnom Penh treatment on 01/10/2012. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison and a fine of $ 2,500 on charges of inciting disruptive and against the government, inciting strikes, illegal intervention in the affairs of government and inciting people to take up arms against the State.

Earlier, Prime Minister Hun Sen also announced that he would not pardon Sam Rainsy. And never discussed with Mr. Sam Rainsy and give him the opportunity to return home to continue political activities.

Cambodia does not have politics?

Advisor to Prime Minister Hun Sen said Cambodia has more than a thousand inmates across the country but no political prisoners. He said the human rights organizations, opposition political parties should not take advantage of the feast independent reunification (9/11) to beg the King to pardon.

Mr. Tith Sothea: "All these activities are not consistent with the current political situation. As reported by the Ministry of the Interior, there are no political prisoners. The prisoners were court investigation, trial and announce the verdict, guilty of properly and according to law. Action protesters on the streets is not the best solution, the more the government does not have the right to pardon prisoners. "

Back stories protesters, after focusing for a few hours free in the park, protesters marched in the streets towards the Royal Palace to pray for the former King Norodom Sihanouk and the petition letter but hundreds of riot police, the police and security blocked. the police pushed the group of protesters  not to move forward but there is no any regrettable happened.

According to Mr. Suong Sophorn, originally expected about 1,000 people to join protests but the majority of police, the provincial government blocked for vehicles carrying protesters in the capital.

He said: "Action to stop of the police and the government of Prime Minister Hun Sen shows they do not respect the king by protests today just wanted to unify the country, the land of political unity and solidarity of the country. "

Meanwhile, the official representative of Daun Penh District that protesters of the Sam Rainsy Party Youth Movement are propagating anti-government protesters and political advantage. Union protesters have despised former King Sihanouk for demonstrations while people are to pray for the former King in front of the palace.

Daun Penh District representative: "All the actions of the young Sam Rainsy has been taking advantage of the political opposition. We propose to stop this action. Head protesters should represent its 3 to the petition letter in the relevant agencies. "

The composition of the National Election Committee of Cambodia was passed by the National Assembly and sworn in on 5/11 last. Of the nine members of the National Election Commission, most of which are former members of the ruling Cambodian People's Party.

This committee has remove Sam Rainsy name from the list of candidate Prime Minister in National Assembly elections in 2013.

Until now, the composition of the Election Committee of Cambodia is still a hot topic in this country every election season. Europe, the United States and human rights organizations at home and abroad also called for Phnom Penh to change the composition of the Election Commission, and the release of political activists are imprisoned.
