Vietnam's communist government once again to continue using force to solve land dispute with the people. Thousands of people including police, soldiers and gangsters! authorities have been mobilized to attack people at, Van Giang district, Hung Yen and forced them to leave the land area without consensus between the government and people. Picture of thousands of police and soldiers associated with the rogue elements in society instead of weapons in hand with responsibility to protect people, protect the homeland against invading enemies, now again hit on their own people, using force and violence to rob people's property is just not acceptable that only happens in communist countries and dictatorships.


The Doan Van Vuon case at Tien Lang was an expensive lesson for leaders in government at all levels. However, perhaps because the benefits from land sources is so large that it obscures both their conscience continue to have led to the wrongful act, regardless of law and human morality. Images and the events mentioned above is an insult to the nation and the people of Vietnam in the eyes of international friends. At the freedom and democratic nations in the world, guns, ammunition and military power equipped and modernized with the aim of social protection and security, protect the territorial integrity before the invasion enemy. Army can not and never targeted towards guns to people and can not see people as the enemies, and especially never use military power to oppress, exploit and looted property of the people.


The leaders of party and government of Vietnam will be feeling and how to react to what has been happening in Xuan Quang, Van Giang district, Hung Yen? all you ever own their own conscience as to why your policies and actions  have been denounced and uncooperative by people? opposition is not in a few individuals or a group that is opposed by a group of masses up to thousands, tens of thousands of people. This suggests that policies and actions of the government is wrong, no justice, does not meet the rights and legitimate interests of the people. If the communist government of Vietnam continues to behave arbitrary and immoral above means pushing people to confront deeper and stronger.

At dawn on April 24, Hung Yen provincial government has mobilized the police force, military to coercive fields of 70 ha Xuan Quan commune of Van Giang district.

About 5 hours 30 minutes this morning, thousands of police and the army with about 40 excavators and bulldozers have been mobilized to the coercive field Xuan Quan, in the fierce fight of about 2,000 residents of three communes Xuan Quan, Phung Cong and Cuu Cao.

At 8 hours 30 am, a resident of Xuan Quan tell us of the situation as follows:

People: Present now they divide the population, crowded, about 3000, more than 3,000 straight, they all wear uniforms, they took scimitars, divide people into a little, their oppression and about 40 vehicles, medium cranes, bulldozers, excavators recently they have started to bulldoze land of people.

Viet Ha: Can you say what's time the enforcement is starting?

People: the enforcement to begin at 7 am 30, but this morning I was not mistaken is 5 hours and 30, they brought a group of police, military dress, and black society so much, they carry smicitars and the shield .

They came running out, persecute people, threatening people. People chase and told them it out of our land, we do not sell land, not take money, but now they've arrested 4 or 5 of us then.

People: When chaos, villagers resisted land holding, the people used land to resist and they took land to fight back people. They have scimitars, batons, they took bricks throwing people, took bottles throwing people, they even held the gun.

People: It is not shot, it shot up the whole sky to threat the people .

Viet Ha: Anyone was injured?

People: At present, the people are back, no one was hurt but now there are 5 or 6 people were arrested and not known when come in province, districts to be beaten or not I do not know. But people used crude weapon, gasoline, then they throws people back then burnt, burnt shirt, someone burned face.

Local people said to 9am March 24, government forces have put people out of the whole field, and bulldozers, excavators bulldozed nearly the entire field of 70 ha of Xuan Quan.

We tried to call the leaders of social contact but no reply.
The coercion was Hung Yen province announced at a press conference yesterday, April 23. The coercion is done based on the decision signed on last April 5th by president of Van Giang district.

The people in Van Giang and the national press said that the decision of the district People's Committee Van Giang is unlawful pursuant to Decree No. 37/2005/NĐ-CP March 18, 2005 by the government.

However, during a press conference yesterday, leaders of Hung Yen Province said there is no wrong in this enforcement decisions.
